User Account & Registration

  • •You must be 18 years or older to use YTrade services
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • •You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • •One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited

Membership & Payments

  • •All membership tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) require a one-time payment in AUD
  • •Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • •Access to trading systems and education materials is granted immediately upon successful payment
  • •7-day free trial available for new users with no credit card required
  • •30-day money-back guarantee applies to all paid memberships

Referral Program & Commissions

  • •Members receive a unique referral link to share with others
  • •10% commission is paid on all successful referral purchases (Silver: $5, Gold: $10, Platinum: $15)
  • •Commission is credited after the 30-day money-back guarantee period expires
  • •Minimum withdrawal threshold is $100 AUD
  • •Fraudulent referral activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of commissions
  • •YTrade reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice

Trading Education & Systems

  • •All trading education materials are for educational purposes only
  • •Trading systems, indicators, and EAs are provided as tools - not guarantees of profit
  • •Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • •You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes
  • •YTrade is not a financial advisor and does not provide personalized investment advice

Risk Disclosure

  • •Trading forex, futures, and options carries substantial risk of loss
  • •You should only trade with money you can afford to lose
  • •Leverage can magnify both gains and losses
  • •Market volatility can result in rapid and significant losses
  • •You acknowledge and accept these risks by using our services

Intellectual Property

  • •All content, trading systems, indicators, and materials are proprietary to YTrade
  • •Members are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials
  • •Sharing, copying, or distributing YTrade materials is strictly prohibited
  • •Violation of intellectual property rights will result in account termination and legal action

Prohibited Activities

  • •No fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • •No unauthorized access to systems or other user accounts
  • •No spam or unsolicited marketing using YTrade name or materials
  • •No reverse engineering of trading systems or software
  • •No harassment or abusive behavior toward other members or staff

Termination & Cancellation

  • •You may cancel your account at any time
  • •30-day money-back guarantee applies if requested within 30 days of purchase
  • •YTrade reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms
  • •Upon termination, access to all materials and systems is revoked
  • •Unpaid commissions may be forfeited upon account termination for policy violations

Limitation of Liability

  • •YTrade is not liable for any trading losses incurred by members
  • •Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • •Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for membership
  • •YTrade is not responsible for third-party broker issues or technical failures

Governing Law

  • •These terms are governed by the laws of Australia
  • •YTrade is registered under Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
  • •Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts
